Agreement to Terms
By purchasing the Momentum Protocol or completing the SMS opt-in form on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or participate in the program.
The Program
The Momentum Protocol is a 100-day SMS-based accountability program. Upon purchase, you will receive daily SMS check-in messages from your coach for the duration of the program. You are expected to complete your daily pushups and respond to confirm completion.
Access to the software framework is granted upon purchase and is tied to active participation in the program.
SMS Communications
You must complete the SMS opt-in form on our website prior to purchasing the program. Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver program communications. For full details on how your information is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
Performance Bond and Refund Policy
The Momentum Protocol requires a $300 performance bond at the time of purchase. Upon successful completion of all 100 days of the program, 80% of the performance bond ($240) will be refunded to the original payment method.
The performance bond is non-refundable if the program is not completed. Partial completion does not qualify for a refund of any portion of the bond.
The $25 Cheat Day Pass is non-refundable once purchased.
Cheat Day Pass
A Cheat Day Pass may be purchased for $25 per day when a participant is unable to complete their daily pushups by midnight. The Cheat Day Pass preserves your participation streak for that day. Cheat Day Passes are available for purchase as needed and are non-refundable.
Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the phone number provided during opt-in and checkout is accurate and capable of receiving SMS messages. Momentum Protocol is not responsible for missed communications resulting from an incorrect or inactive phone number.
You are responsible for your own physical health and safety. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. Momentum Protocol is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.
Limitation of Liability
Momentum Protocol is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the program. Results vary by individual. Completion of the program does not guarantee any specific physical or mental health outcome.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
